These Legal Terms & Conditions apply to your visit to and your use of our website and any current or future associated applications at or downloadable from https://www.officeserve.com (the "Website"), as well as to all other information, recommendations and/or services provided to you on or through the Website and current or future associated applications.

Your contracting partner in relation to your use of the Website, is OfficeServe Ltd, a private limited liability company established in England and Wales, having its registered offices at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU OfficeServe Ltd. under Company Number: 10636845 (OfficeServe Ltd.)

Our commitment to you

OfficeServe is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of the normal course of providing our catering services to you.

Account opening & membership

In order to purchase products from the website, you must first set up an account with us by completing the registration form on the website. In order to register an account, you must be an individual or corporate entity.

If you are registering on behalf of a corporate entity you must have the authority to bind that corporate entity. If you are under 18 years of age and you order goods from the website, please note that you are liable to pay for such order and be held responsible for your order.

You warrant that all information you provide to us when registering an account is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief. It is your responsibility to ensure the information in your account is updated regularly with any relevant changes.

We may refuse at our absolute discretion any application to join us or receive our services for any reason whatsoever. You are responsible for all activities and purchases that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you know of, or suspect, that anyone has obtained access to your account or if you otherwise become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or other security breach.

Payment terms for all on account customers are strictly 14 days from the date of delivery.

Prices & payment

Prices will be as quoted on the Website. These prices exclude VAT and delivery costs and any online payment administration charge. These will be added to the total amount due where applicable.

We take payment by customers entering card details at each and every order occasion.

If your payment details change, your card provider may provide us with updated card details. We may use these new details for your future orders in order to help prevent any interruption to the service. If you would prefer to opt out from this service, please contact us on care@officeserve.com.

You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account. Goods are subject to seasonal changes in supply levels and supply prices. We reserve the right to change the fees for any services at any time. We agree to notify you at least 30 days in advance of any change in fees.

All orders can be cancelled up to 3pm on the week day before delivery. i.e. 3pm Friday for a Monday delivery.

Delivery charges

All orders will incur a delivery charge of £7.50.

Product information

Each product will have a product detail with ingredients and related information such as substances, which may cause allergies or intolerances and calories.

All of our supplier products are prepared in the food safety environment of our supplier’s environment; we are unable to guarantee that our products are completely free from any of the ingredients allergen products unless stated otherwise. Delivered items you have chosen will also contain information relating to the nutritional content on their packaging.

Rejected transactions

Because of standard banking procedures, once you have submitted an Order that you are paying for by credit or debit card and your payment has been authorised, your bank or card issuer will "ring-fence" the full amount of your Order. If your transaction is subsequently rejected by the online payment system or cancelled for any other reason, your bank or card issuer will not transfer the funds to us, and will instead release the relevant amount back into your available balance. However, this may take between 3 to 5 working days (or longer, depending on your bank or card issuer). You acknowledge and agree that neither we will be responsible or liable to you in relation to this delay by your bank or card issuer in the release of funds back into your account.

If an order is rejected or payment error made due to our systems or processed failing, we will use our very best efforts to have your account credited online or funds returned to you as early as possible.

Our site may contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and other third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that they have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

You may link to the Website’s homepage, provided that: you do so in a fair and legal way which does not damage or take advantage of our reputation; you do not establish a link from a website that is not owned by you or in a way that suggests a form of association with or endorsement by us where none exists; any website from which you link must comply with the content standards set out in these Website Terms from time to time; and we have the right to withdraw linking permission at any time and for any reason.

Checking your details

If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to OfficeServe you may do so by contacting us via the e-mail address or address given below or by accessing My Account on the website. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action, which we take in response to a request from someone using your e-mail and password. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's 'remember password' feature, as that would permit other people using your computer to access your personal information.


Terms of permitted use: You are permitted to use the Website and print and download extracts from the Website for your own personal non-commercial use on the following basis:

OfficeServe respects copyright law and expects its users to do the same. You must not modify the digital or paper copies of any materials that you print off in accordance with this paragraph and you must not use any pictures, photographs or any other graphics, video or audio sequences separately from any accompanying text. You must ensure that our status as the author of the material on the Website is always acknowledged. By accepting these Terms & Conditions and using the Website or the Services, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold OfficeServe, its affiliates, its licensors, and each of their officers, directors, other users, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation or breach of any term of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein; (b) your violation of any rights of any third party supplier or (c) your use or misuse of the Website or the Services.


The information, recommendations and or services provided to you on or through the Website, the Services and or the Website is for general foodservice information purposes only and does not specific constitute dietary or other non-retail transactional advice unless specifically stated. OfficeServe will use reasonable endeavours to keep the Website and its contents correct and up to date but does not guarantee that (the contents of) the Website is free of errors, defects, malware and viruses or that the Website is correct, up to date and accurate.

OfficeServe shall further not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of (or the inability to use) electronic means of communication with the Website and/or the Website, including – but not limited to – loss or damage resulting from failure or delay in delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and transmission of viruses.

OfficeServe will not be liable to you in respect of any acts or omissions of its employees, agents or sub-contractors, whether such liability arises in contract (by way of indemnity or otherwise), tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise, provided that nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit or exclude OfficeServe’s liability to you for personal injury or death caused directly by OfficeServe’s negligence.


OfficeServe may give notice by means of a general notice in the provision of Services or the Website, or by email to an email address previously supplied by you, or by written communication sent by regular mail to an address previously supplied by you.


You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms & Conditions without prior written approval of OfficeServe

Applicable law

The service terms set out above, and all non-contractual obligations arising in any way whatsoever out of or in connection with the provision of the OfficeServe service and use of its website shall be governed by, construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute, claim or matter of difference arising out of or relating to OfficeServe is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
